Crossroads Campout
Thursday, August 14-Sunday, August 17
The Crossroads Campout will be August 14-17 at Mitchell State Park in Cadillac. This is a very fun event for all ages! Book a site to enjoy swimming, fishing, games, shared meals, bonfires, biking, crafts, and more! Sites fill up quickly so book as soon as possible.

When it gets closer we will release a schedule with dinner plans so even if you can't camp with us you can still come up for dinner and a bonfire! If you have questions contact Dina Wetters. -

Dinner & Campfire at Crossroads Campout
Friday, August 15 • 6pm
Even if you aren't able to join us camping, you can still come for dinner and a campfire! Join us at Mitchell State Park in Cadillac West on Friday, August 15 at 6pm. Park in the lot and then walk to site 28. Hotdogs will be provided, please bring a dish to pass and a camp chair. Sign up in the entryway or let Dina Wetters know you plan to attend!

Women's Ministry: Wednesday Workouts
Select Wednesdays • 7:15pm-8:45pm
workout + Bible + worship = Wednesday Workouts are back!
Join other women at Crossroads for a workout experience that mixes movement with God's Word. No previous experience is needed! Wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes. Bring water and, if possible, a workout mat. Class starts at 7:15pm in the sanctuary. Talk to Trisha Dodd for more information.

Annual Baptisms & Picnic Potluck
Sunday, August 24 • Following morning service
Our Annual Baptisms & Picnic event is coming up on Sunday, August 24. Baptisms are a time to celebrate! Please join us after church and cheer on the individuals taking this step in their faith story!
The baptisms will take place at SpringHill Camps. Head out to 100th Ave and look for the Crossroads sign to enter SpringHill at the Storybrook portion of camp. Gather at the Storybrook Dining Hall and we will walk a short distance to the beach together. There will be a golf cart available for anyone with mobility limitations.
After the baptisms, the celebration continues! Head back to Storybrook Dining Hall and join us for the Picnic Potluck!

It is time for the Annual Fight Night! Students WILL get messy! Bring clothes for getting dirty and a towel to protect the car’s seat on the way home. Drop off and pick up at Jen Juliano’s house.

Women's Ministry: Women's Retreat
Friday, September 12-Saturday, September 13
Women’s Ministry is planning a trip to Peace Church in Middleville, MI for their Women’s Conference on September 12-13. This year’s theme is “Waking Up to an Unwavering God”. The event includes worship, dinner on Friday, Saturday Breakfast from Bro's Doughs and Boxed Lunches from Chick-Fil-A., shopping with local vendors, breakout sessions, and keynote presentations. Join us to learn how three stories from Acts remind us of God's unstoppable power and steadfast love.
Tickets are $75. You can use code GROUP2025 at checkout for an additional $10 off. We will be making arrangements for anyone who would like to stay overnight. We anticipate this will be an additional $50-$60 for a shared hotel room. Talk to Jenny in the entryway to get signed up!

Meeting & Prayer Time
Sunday, September 14 • After Sunday service
Join us after service on Sunday, September 14 for a quick meeting and a time of prayer. The meeting will include a vote on an incoming Elder. You do not need to be a member to attend, but all members must have a signed commitment form on file in order to vote. Please see Trisha in the office if you need to update your paperwork.
The prayer time will include praying for our area schools, teachers, and students. We believe prayer is important so we hope you will join us for this!

Jr. High Youth Group: Fight Night
It is time for Fight Night! This is a messy and fun event we look forward to all year! If you know a 6-8th grader, invite them to Fight Night on September 18 from 6:30-8:15pm at Rob's house. They should wear clothes that can get ruined and bring a towel to protect your car seat when you pick them up! Talk to Rob for more information!
Clean Kits Due
One of the ways we support our local community is by creating Clean Kits for Kids! Each year we put together these kits for kids that need a little extra help at Evart Elementary School. Please help us provide personal hygiene items by doing one of the following:
Option 1:

of items for the kits. Select whatever you would like and have them shipped directly to us! We will take the packages apart and pack the kits with the items you send.
Option 2:
Donate money specifically for the kits. We will then purchase the hygiene items and put them in the kits.
Option 3:
Create your own kit and drop it off in the Global Outreach Center at church! Just grab a 1-gallon ziplock bag and put in the following items:
Tear Free 3 in 1 Soap (Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash all in one)
Toothpaste
Toothbrush
Washcloth
Dental Floss (plain or mint only, please!)
Comb or Brush
Hair Ties (if you'd like this to go to a girl)
Deodorant (all natural, please!)

Baptism Opportunity - All Ages Welcome!
Have you been thinking about getting baptized? We would LOVE to talk to you about it! Our Annual Picnic & Baptisms event is coming up on Sunday, August 25. He can answer any questions you might have- from why this is a spiritual practice we participate in to exactly how the event goes. Jr. High YG: Michigan’s Adventure Trip
The Jr. High Youth Group Michigan's Adventure Trip had to be postponed due to weather! We are moving it to Wednesday, July 24 instead. If you have a 6th-8th grader that wants to come please let Rob know ASAP! Cost is $55, plus money for dinner.
